Nelson graduated with honors in 2002 from the 2D Animation Department at VFS. He is a Juno Award winning, multi-faceted artist with an established reputation of over 15 years experience as an illustrator, muralist, concept artist and 2D animator.”Dedos” is Spanish for fingers: he likes to get his fingers on any type of project. His motto is, “Where there is a will, there’s a way”.... and he’s always up for the the challenge!
Nelson currently lives in Mexico with his beloved wife and three children, all of whom are roaming the lands of Central America in pursuit of new inspirations. He plans on using the award to take his family on a trip to India.
